"What's In Stars and Time?"
In Stars and Time is an RPG developed by insertdisc5 (also known as Adrienne Bazir). The game was originally a set of webcomics, released in 2017 and featuring the then-unnamed protagonist, Siffrin. Bazir thought that the concept explored in these comics had potential for a game, so she created the prototype, Start Again: A Prologue, which was released in 2020. They then released the full game in 2023.
The game is often praised for its portrayal of mental illness, multitude of queer characters, and beautiful storytelling. The best comparison I can make is that it is quite similar to Undertale. Each character is delightful and distinct, and reading the dialogue is a joy! Also like Undertale, it has quite the reputation for making those who play it cry.
On a related note: In Stars and Time is not for everyone. The game contains scenes of, references to, and themes of sensitive subject matter, including mental illness, trauma, self-harm, suicide, death, children in peril/dying, and unreality.

"Following an uncomfortably close encounter with a trap, party leader Siffrin discovers they are actually stuck in a time loop, able to start the day over again with nobody else the wiser.
But what seems like a handy trick to ensure victory quickly begins to weigh on Siffrin as he experiences the loop over and over with no end in sight. Unwilling to open up to their friends and companions, and with the literal weight of the world on their shoulders, can Siffrin find a way to break the loop before it breaks him?"
"What's a fanlisting?"
